The RD100-PV Redrock 100t Self Aligning Welding Rotator Set is a heavy duty industrial system designed to automate and streamline the rotation of cylindrical vessels during welding or fabrication process. By automatically adjusting to varying vessel diameters, it eliminates the need for manual wheel positioning, drastically reducing setup times and boosting overall workshop efficiency 

Mechanical roller modules adjust to the precise work-piece diameter seamlessly. This configuration is ideal for fast-paced fabrication lines working with multi-diameter vessels like boilers, heat exchangers, and tanks. 

Built from 100% steel for the base frames and drums to withstand punishing workshop environments, the heavy-duty vulcanised PU tyres cushion the immense loads. They prevent slippage and minimise shock, while simultaneously guarding the vessel's exterior skin from scratches or indentation damage.
