The Redrock RD300-PV 300t Self-Aligning Welding Rotator Set is a heavy-duty industrial roll turning set for welding and fabrication projects and 300 ton rotation capacity it is purpose built for heavy wall high capacity manufacturing processes such as pressure vessels and heat exchangers, industrial boilers and storage tanks, wind tower section fabrication and large-bore pipe double-jointing and welding automation.
The RD300-PV system ensures optimal productivity by automatically adjusting the roller centres to perfectly accommodate vessels ranging from a minimum diameter of 1000 mm up to a maximum of 7500 mm. This flexibility drastically reduces setup time and maximises efficiency by eliminating the need for manual wheel bracket adjustment, enhances operational versatility across diverse project requirements.
The power unit incorporates synchronised motor drives to ensure smooth, slip-free rotation under maximum load capacities, providing an exceptional grip designed to absorb shock loading while ensuring superior tracking traction offering superior performance particularly when handling extreme loads.
