RD60-PV Redrock 60t Self Aligning Welding Rotator Set
The RD60-PV Redrock 60t Self Aligning Welding Rotator Set is a heavy duty industrial tank turning roll system engineered to automatically adjust to varying cylindrical vessel diameters. It features a 60-tonne total rotation capacity, a 30MT load capacity per individual unit, and vulcanised polyurethane (PU) tyres designed to protect workpieces while ensuring optimal traction.
The self aligning welding rotator set Incorporates 4 independent self-aligning wheels per unit (drive and idler) to distribute weight across a wider surface area. This prevents thin-walled stainless steel or soft alloy vessels from denting or deforming under their own weight. : It is fitted with durable, vulcanised polyurethane tyres mounted on heavy-duty steel drums. This design absorbs shock loads during loading cycles and prevents gear damage.
This set is accompanied by a low-voltage remote control pendant handset. Operators can regulate forward/reverse rotation directions, trigger emergency stop safety commands, and use a potentiometer to fine-tune automated welding speeds.
