WHP-1 Redrock 1t Hydraulic Welding Positioner
The Redrock WHP-1 is a heavy duty 1 ton 3 axis hydraulic welding positioner to maximise workspace access and safety during complex fabrication tasks. By allowing operators to simultaneously lift, lower, tilt, and rotate work-pieces. It helps operators place larger components at a more accessible welding angle, supporting improved weld quality, reduced handling time and safer production flow.
Built for demanding fabrication environments, this 1t model combines 0.15-1.5rpm @ 5-50Hz rotation control, 0-130° tilt movement and a robust Ø780mm work table. It is suited to workshops and production facilities that need smooth, precise movement when positioning substantial components for welding.
